Dear Parents,

I would like again ,to start this week's newsletter by congratulating our Year 4 children who received their First Holy Communion last Saturday. Their Mass was beautiful and the children conducted themselves with great reverence and dignity and were once again a credit to you their parents and to their school. This was our second group of Year 4 children to receive the Sacrament. Please remember all our children in your prayers as they receive this wonderful Sacrament. Congratulations to Gracie Leigh, Niamhie, Isabella, Esme, Sylvanna, Evie , Khalen. Leo and Lucas . On Monday the children celebrated all together with their friends at school with a Communion Breakfast. It was a lovely afternoon with the children wearing all their finery and tucking into the food so generously donated by their families. A real lovely occasion, thank you everyone.

Please also remember our Year 6 children in your prayers as they receive the Sacrament of Confirmation this coming Thursday 1 July. The children have worked extremely hard in their preparation, showing maturity and commitment to their faith. Mass will be celebrated by Bishop David Evans at 7.00pm at St Wulstan's church.

End of Year Reports will be distributed on Friday 9 July.

We are also now in a position to share staffing arrangements for next September and as you see will be joined in September by Miss S McGowan who will be teaching Year 5.

Year 2 Mrs Tasker
Year 3 Mrs James and Mrs Mallinson
Year 4 Mr Tasker
Year 5 Miss Mc Gowan
Year 6 Mrs Freitas

This week it was Year 2's chance to enjoy a football focused PE lesson  thanks to Kidderminster Harriers Football Club.

It has been another busy week in Reception Class. Over the last few weeks they have been enjoying the story of 'The Gingerbread Man'. This week they have been making boats for the gingerbread man to get across the river and then testing them out to see if they float.
They were also very shocked but excited to discover that we aren't the only ones who have been enjoying our outdoor area. They discovered that a lizard had come to visit and was resting in one of their planters! They have been busy finding out information about the lizard!

Congratulations Year 4, to the children who received their Sacraments and to all their friends for their wonderful singing and support!

We hope everyone has a lovely weekend and we look forward to seeing you on Monday.
