At St Wulstan's, our pupil leadership is rooted in our Catholic faith and Gospel values. Our leadership groups give children opportunities to share their ideas, serve others, take responsibility and help shape school life. By working together, our young leaders follow the example of Jesus, developing confidence, compassion, teamwork and communication skills while making a positive difference to our school, parish and wider community.
Our School Council gives pupils a voice in decisions that affect them. Representatives listen to their classmates, share their views at meetings and help develop ideas to improve our school. They learn about democracy, responsibility and the importance of representing others fairly.
Our Wildlife Warriors are passionate about protecting nature and caring for our environment. They encourage everyone to make sustainable choices and lead projects that support wildlife, reduce waste and improve our school grounds.
Our Wellbeing Champions help promote happiness, kindness and positive mental health throughout the school. They encourage pupils to look after themselves and one another, share wellbeing messages and support activities that help everyone feel safe, valued and included.
Our Sports Crew inspires pupils to be active and enjoy sport. They help organise games and activities, support events and promote teamwork, fair play and participation. Their aim is to make physical activity welcoming, enjoyable and accessible to everyone.
